Job summary

WaterStone Bank in Franklin, WI is seeking a Teller. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour and up, depending on experience. You will handle deposits and loan transactions with accuracy while delivering outstanding customer service and helping customers with bank products.

You will build relationships, answer questions, and stay informed about bank policies and regulatory requirements. The role requires at least 6 months of cash handling or customer service, a high school diploma or GED, and reliable

Qualifications

• Required – 6 months of cash handling and/or customer service experience.
• Preferred – 2–4 years cash handling and/or customer service experience.
• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Required to have your own cell phone.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions with accuracy and integrity.
• Promote bank products and refer customers to bankers for further assistance.
• Maintain knowledge of core processing system, products, services, policies and regulations.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships by providing excellent banking service.
• Answer questions and resolve account issues in person or by phone.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory requirements.
• Suggest changes to policies, procedures or products.
• Operate in full compliance with internal policies and applicable laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
