Job summary

WaterStone Bank in Wisconsin is seeking a Teller to accurately process deposits and withdrawals, managing customer transactions with integrity and efficiency. You will support the sales process by identifying needs, promoting offers, and referring customers to Bankers and other lines of business for further assistance.

The role requires 6 months of cash handling or customer service experience, with 2–4 years preferred. A High School diploma is required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of cash handling and/or customer service experience required.
• Preferred 2-4 years cash handling and/or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions with integrity, accuracy and knowledge.
• Support sales by identifying customer needs, promoting offers and referring customers to Bankers and other lines of business.
• Maintain knowledge of WSB’s core processing system, products, services, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships by providing an unparalleled banking experience.
• Answer customer questions and resolve related account issues, including phone and in person.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and external factors that may affect the bank.
• Recommend changes to policies, procedures and products.
• Operate in compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations/laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
