Responsibilities

Promote and sell North Shore Bank products and services; act as representative of the bank to customers.
Engage customers in conversations to identify cross-selling opportunities and refer to branch staff as needed.
Maintain CRM records for referrals and customer contacts; follow up to ensure resolution of questions or issues.
Handle teller transactions professionally; balance cash drawer and follow procedures for security and accuracy.
Participate in sales planning and monthly goals to support branch objectives.
Provide timely follow-up to clients by phone or written communications.
