Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Teller to be the first point of contact for clients at our Port Orchard branch. You will perform teller transactions with accuracy, balance drawers, and support branch operations while delivering Breakthrough Client Service Standards.

In this role you will deepen product knowledge, identify customer needs, and offer appropriate bank solutions. On-site position with competitive wages and benefits, including healthcare, retirement, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with bank policies, procedures, and systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Handle teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, etc.).
• Balance cash drawer and process ATM and night drop operations.
• Engage customers, identify financial needs, and refer products through the branch team.
• Comply with bank procedures and regulatory requirements.
