Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Teller to serve as the first point of contact for clients at our Sumner, WA location. You will perform routine teller transactions, maintain confidentiality, and help ensure accuracy and compliance with bank procedures.

Under supervision of the Branch Manager, you will balance cash, handle deposits and withdrawals, and identify opportunities to refer banking products and services to clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual ability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Balance cash drawer and process ATM/night drop deposits.
• Identify client needs and offer appropriate banking products.
• Adhere to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
