Responsabilités

• Process deposits and loan payments, cash checks, and record transactions accurately.
• Answer clients’ questions in person and over the telephone.
• Identify basic cross-sell opportunities and refer clients to a banker.
• Record activities, incidents, and referrals in the system (360View).
• Reconcile cash drawer, count currency and maintain cash supplies.
• Maintain client confidentiality and protect bank operations.
