Job summary

Columbia Bank seeks a friendly Teller to serve as the first point of contact for clients at our Phoenix branches. You will perform accurate teller transactions, balance cash, and ensure compliance with policies while building client relationships and uncovering needs for additional products and services.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, about 1 year of banking or customer service experience, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with bank policies, procedures and systems.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy in numbers and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, etc.).
• Balance cash drawer and support daily cash operations including ATM and night drop activities.
• Interact with clients to identify needs and offer suitable bank products and services.
• Maintain teller area and adhere to Columbia Bank procedures and regulations.
