Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Minimum 24 credits toward an associate or bachelor’s degree, banking-related coursework preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills and cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend and process daily paying and receiving transactions.
• Identify customer product and service needs and refer accordingly.
• Provide customer service following satisfaction standards and regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to BSA/AML/OFAC policies and report suspicious activity.
• Balance cash drawer at end of day and close transactions as scheduled.
• Educate customers on alternative banking channels (mobile app, online banking, ATMs).
• Participate in branch sales activities and support administrative duties.
