Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; flexible schedule incl. evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Six months of work experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment and pass background checks.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking customer base experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide cash receipt and payment in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Achieve monthly new account production targets as assigned by management.
• Process deposits, cash advances, wires, money orders, and CDs.
• Cross-sell bank services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
