Job summary

First Horizon Corp. is seeking a customer service-oriented Teller to process daily financial transactions in a retail banking setting. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments while promoting bank products to clients.

This on-site role requires accuracy, strong service skills and adherence to security and audit controls. Prior teller experience is preferred, with a focus on delivering excellent client experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of cash handling or teller experience preferred.
• Ability to follow audit and security policies.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash drawer and follow audit/security policies.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments.
• Process bonds, money orders and similar transactions.
• Assist daily balancing and processing of ATM transactions.
• Assist with vault duties and night lobby deposits.
• Stay informed of regulatory updates and policy changes.
