Job summary

First Horizon Corp. is seeking a front-line Teller to deliver friendly, accurate service while processing routine banking transactions. You will handle cash, maintain accuracy, and follow security and audit policies in a fast-paced branch environment.

Responsibilities include deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loans payments, and various auxiliary transactions. You will support client needs, cross-sell bank products where appropriate, and stay compliant with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and 6 months of cash handling or teller experience strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience delivering excellent client experiences and following bank policies

Responsibilities

• Handle a cash drawer and follow audit and security policies.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments.
• Handle miscellaneous transactions (bonds, money orders, etc.).
• Assist in daily balancing and ATM processing.
• Assist with night and lobby depository deposits verification.
• Support dual control vault responsibilities.
• Stay informed of operational updates to ensure compliance.
