Responsibilities

• Process various member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loans and credit card payments.
• Open and close accounts, certificates, etc.
• Create/order ATM/Debit cards for members.
• Process stop payments and print statements.
• Balance cash drawer daily and assist with night/ATM deposits.
• Access safe deposit boxes when applicable.
• Communicate with back-office departments for assistance and member requests.
• Remote capture of checks.
• Other duties such as end-of-day tasks and stocking lobby.
