S&T Bank seeks a customer-focused teller to deliver exceptional service at our Blairsville, PA and Indiana, PA locations. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, and vary banking transactions while supporting sales goals and branch operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–5 years of experience, and CSR/RSA training. You will balance cash, verify endorsements, and assist customers with a range of banking services. Some branch travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two to five years general and specialized experience.
• Retail training program required including CSR and RSA training.

Responsabilités

• Operate a customer service window with accuracy and efficiency, handling various transactions.
• Identify customers, verify authenticity, and protect against fraud.
• Accept deposits and cash checks, verify endorsements, and issue receipts.
• Process savings deposits and withdrawals and related duties.
• Provide additional services (money orders, etc.) and loan payments processing.
• Balance window cash daily and perform ATM settlements where applicable.
• Assist in vault balancing and related duties as needed.
• Profile customers to determine banking needs and recommend products; complete sales processes.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and build relationships.
