S&T Bank is seeking a Customer Service Teller to support our Blairsville, PA and Indiana, PA branches. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, verify transactions, and provide accurate, friendly service while promoting bank products.

The role emphasizes cash handling accuracy, security, and achieving sales goals through proactive customer engagement. A high school diploma and 2–5 years’ experience are expected, with flexibility for regional travel as needed.

Formación

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to five years general and specialized experience.
• Successful completion of the retail training program including CSR and RSA training.

Responsabilidades

• Operate a customer service window handling deposits, withdrawals, checks, and other transactions with accuracy and security.
• Profile customers to determine banking needs and recommend S&T loan and deposit products.
• Build relationships with customers to promote banking products and meet sales goals.
• Perform follow-up calls and outbound calls to grow customer relationships and service quality.
• Balance cash drawer daily and assist with ATM settlement and vault balancing as needed.
