Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to five years general and specialized experience. Successful completion of the retail training program required including CSR and RSA training programs.

Responsabilités

• Operate a customer service window on the teller line with accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle deposits, checks, withdrawals, and other window transactions while ensuring security and accuracy.
• Contribute to branch sales goals by assisting with sales calls and customer follow-up.
• Perform data entry and documentation for new and existing accounts; assist in loan payments and processing.
