What You'll Do

1. Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and addressing their needs promptly and accurately.
2. Travel to various bank branches within the region to perform teller responsibilities.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and team members.
4. Handle transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, issuing financial instruments, loan payments, currency exchange, card orders, wire transfers, and account updates securely and confidentially.
5. Maintain balanced cash drawers and assist with vault balancing.
6. Follow all regulatory requirements and complete necessary training.
7. Use a 7 Step Conversation to promote products and services, utilizing tools like role play and checklists.
8. Engage in professional development activities and team initiatives, including daily huddles, meetings, and community events.
9. Represent the bank positively in the community.
10. Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
