DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Observe and follow all company policies and procedures.
2. Clean the Service Desk/Kiosk.
3. Maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance according to company standards.
4. Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
5. Work within management planning guidelines to ensure productivity.
6. Support safety standards, report equipment issues, and keep work areas hazard-free.
7. Treat all colleagues with fairness, dignity, and respect.
8. Perform accurate price checks and record discrepancies.
9. Manage store supplies responsibly.
10. Verify customer IDs and adhere to policies on checks, tobacco, and alcohol sales.
11. Follow cash handling policies and secure registers when unattended.
12. Monitor security and report suspicious behavior.
13. Handle various transactions in compliance with policies and legal requirements.
14. Maintain equipment and store cleanliness regularly.
15. Recognize produce varieties and perform cashier functions as needed.
16. Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

PREREQUISITE TRAINING

Completion of Cashier/Service Associate training packet.

Physical Requirements

• Stand continuously, with occasional walking.
• Handle currency and operate equipment frequently.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds; push/pull up to 75 pounds.
• Reach, grasp, and have sufficient visual acuity for ID checks and documentation.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Greet customers courteously and provide prompt service.
• Record purchases accurately and efficiently.
• Handle payments and provide refunds per policy.
• Meet physical requirements with or without accommodations.
• Follow Anti-Money Laundering guidelines during certain transactions.

Salary range: $15.00 - $19.65 hourly.
