Job Overview

Heritage Bank currently offers an exciting temporary assignment at our Auburn North Branch in Auburn, WA. We are seeking a temporary bank teller (May 2025 to September 2025) to assist customers with their financial needs by providing exceptional service and handling routine transactions.

Details

• Full-time, approximately 40 hours/week
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.
• Flexibility required for training and staffing needs

Compensation

Base Pay Rate: $19.50/hour

Responsibilities

• Perform routine paying/receiving duties
• Maintain accurate cash drawer within authority limits
• Support branch operations with administrative tasks
• Handle customer requests confidentially
• Adhere to policies, procedures, security, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Basic math skills; understanding of debit/credit and negotiable instruments
• Knowledge of banking policies, laws, and regulations
• Willingness to learn about bank products and services
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proficient with standard office equipment and technology
