Job summary

Agincare Group is hiring a Bank Support Worker in Rochester to help multiple individuals with learning disabilities thrive and live as independently as possible. The role involves providing person-centred support, daily personal care, and assisting with activities in the community.

Qualifications

• Experience with learning disabilities is implied by role and responsibilities.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.

Who you’ll support

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Rochester service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,

You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
