Job summary

Cygnet is seeking an outstanding Bank Support Worker to contribute to compassionate, person‑centred care at Gables in Colchester. The role supports adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, with a focus on safety and wellbeing within a residential setting.

Successful applicants will undergo an enhanced DBS check. The position offers flexible bank shifts and a supportive environment with ongoing coaching and staff benefits.

We are looking for an outstanding Bank Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care.

Located in the heart of a residential community in Colchester, Gables is a specialist residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge. The home provides longer term placements for individuals who require round the clock care and support. Person-centred planning is at the heart of everything we do, based on each individual's specific need.
