Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Senior Support Worker to provide person-centered care and to lead shifts across multiple locations. You will support individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism, ensuring care is consistent and tailored to their lifestyle, including personal care and community activities.

You will play a leadership role, guiding other team members, and liaising with families and professionals to maintain high-quality support.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a senior support or team leader role.
• Strong organisation and IT skills.
• Full UK driving licence and own car.
• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
