Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in an Investor Reporting mortgage servicing environment.
• Minimum of 2 years Bank Reconciliation experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and government regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile assigned bank accounts and loan activity following departmental policies.
• Validate bank statements against checklists and system reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure process alignment with guidelines.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external groups to resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in reviewing and responding to audit requests (internal, external, investor, regulatory).
• Generate error logs and escalate process breaks to business units and management.
• Review payment applications for compliance with investor and company guidelines.
