Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• 5–7 years of directly related experience.
• 3–5 years supervisory/management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication across global teams.
• Ability to lead initiatives, manage projects and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set standards for financial information to support strategic plans and reviews.
• Oversee budgets, monitor expenditures, and address variances.
• Manage accounting systems and drive process improvements.
• Approve reconciliations and ensure timely month-end close.
