Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2–3 years of related experience acceptable.

• Ability to perform basic math operations and data entry with accuracy.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; capability to prepare reports and correspondence.
• Reliable, with regular and predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily data and item processing tasks, balancing transactions and end-of-day activities.
• Balance and reconcile daily transactions; support day-end and year-end processing.
• Create and organize statement files; maintain daily bulk check filing.
• Research and resolve errors; assist customers and banks with questions.
• Prepare notices and correspondence related to customer accounts.
• Handle electronic files (wires, memo posting, cash management, A/P, ATM duties).
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues as needed.
