Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Bank Night Senior Care Assistant for Care Home. You will deliver person-centred care, support residents’ dignity and independence, and administer medications safely in a home-like setting.

You may lead activities and support the team, with night shifts from 8pm to 8am. A Level 2 Health & Social Care (or progress to Level 3) and fully funded training up to QCF Level 5 are offered, plus pension and flexible pay options.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3).
• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care.
• Support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence.
• Administer medication safely and accurately.
• Contribute to and review care plans.
• Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement.
• Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed.
