Responsibilities

• Open switchboard and maintain daily procedures for opening/closing.
• Sort and deliver insurance and loan notices to officers daily.
• Promote bank events and tickets; assist with general money handling and bookkeeping.
• Order checks for customers and handle internal mail tasks.
• Balance and answer inbound inquiries regarding FedEx and related services.
• Monitor news notices for deposits, loans, and community events; mail event cards.
• Coordinate meetings and events; communicate information to staff.
• Post holiday signs and reminders one week prior to closing.
• Execute computer tasks across departments; update internal telephone lists.
• Distribute messages to employees; handle estate inquiries.
• Prepare newsletters and birthday cards; assemble loan coupon books.
• Maintain flexible weekly hours as workload requires.
• Complete all training requirements as directed by ASBT.
• Perform other duties consistent with front desk responsibilities.
