Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with accurate processing of transactions while delivering quality service.
• Process deposits, loan payments, card payments/cash advances, savings bonds, cashier’s checks, check orders and telephone transfer requests.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and internal controls.
• Cross-sell bank products and services.
• Follow banking policies and regulations for deposits and withdrawals.
• Promote Bravera Bank in the community and participate in community events.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism regarding employee and customer information.
