Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One year of banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
• Identify customers and uphold confidentiality of information.
• Identify needs and cross-sell bank products and services to customers.
• Assist customers with debit card maintenance and address changes.
• Handle Return Mail and maintain Return Mail logs for compliance.
• Assist with access to safe deposit boxes and maintain knowledge of bank products and procedures.
• Mentor and train new employees and participate in ongoing training for regulatory standards.
• Adhere to security and audit procedures and banking laws and policies.
