Job summary

Valor Intelligent Processing is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support inbound and outbound projects in Financial Services. You will provide product and account information while resolving customer inquiries effectively.

Suitable candidates will have a high school diploma and at least three years of call center experience. The position includes both full-time and part-time opportunities with comprehensive training and advancement options.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Minimum of three years in a call center environment.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role.
• The ability to multi-task using multiple screens while talking on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues.
• Ensure first call resolution through problem solving.
• Accurately document call resolution in appropriate systems.
