Great Oaks Bank in the Coastal Market is seeking a Customer Service Representative/Teller Float to support multiple locations including Richmond Hill, Pooler, and Savannah. You will deliver exceptional service, perform teller transactions, and help customers with accounts and online banking.

The role requires travel across branches, strong communication, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities to strengthen customer relationships. Quality service and accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of banking or teller/CSR experience.
• Ability to read, analyze and follow procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication, and public interaction skills.
• Familiarity with banking regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Travel to Coastal Market locations to cover branch needs.
• Provide first-line customer support with friendly, professional service.
• Advise customers on products and services to meet financial goals.
• Open and service accounts, online banking setup, and teller transactions.
• Resolve customer issues with courtesy, escalating when needed.
• Assist with vault duties, training, and daily/monthly reports as assigned.
