Greenfield Cooperative Bank is seeking a Float Teller to serve customers across branches. This role involves handling deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and timely processing while maintaining accuracy and a courteous demeanor.

You will balance cash, perform ATM settlements, and support team needs, including Saturdays as required. The position offers exposure to diverse banking activities within a community-focused institution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Customer contact experience.
• Capability to perform basic math procedures.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated sales ability and high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provides efficient, courteous customer service and performs a wide variety of transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, bank checks).
• Balances cash and participates in the branch settlement.
• Ensures transactions have proper documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Maintains knowledge of bank products and makes referrals as appropriate.
• Settles and balances the ATM.
• Performs clerical duties (phone inquiries, filing).
• Assists customers with problems on accounts and performs file maintenance.
• Requires work at least 2 Saturdays per month and may fill in at other offices.
• Performs other duties as needed.
