Responsibilities

• Provides efficient, courteous customer service and handles a wide variety of transactions (deposits, withdrawals, checks, payments, bank checks).
• Balances transactions and cash; participates in branch settlement.
• Ensures transactions have proper documentation in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Maintains knowledge of products and services and makes referrals when appropriate.
• Settles and balances the ATM and performs clerical tasks (phone inquiries, filing).
• Assists customers with problems on existing accounts and performs file maintenance.
• May be required to work at least 2 Saturdays per month and fill in at other offices as needed.
