The CSR will greet clients, perform accurate banking transactions, and help build rapport with customers. The role offers Monday–Friday hours, with weekends off, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or approved equivalent.
• Basic math skills, 10-key and keyboarding.
• Proficient in standard Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
• Well-developed smartphone and digital channel skills.
• Must be organized and display excellent communication skills and a personable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive first impression through courteous service while performing accurate banking transactions.
• Serve customers in branch with cash handling and teller duties.
• Adhere to bank policies and regulatory requirements including the Bank Secrecy Act and other regulations.
