WaFd Bank is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver friendly, accurate banking transactions and create a positive first impression for every customer. This role supports the community’s financial health and promotes WaFd Bank’s values of integrity and service.

The CSR will work Monday through Friday with weekends off, contributing to the branch’s goals and growth while benefiting from WaFd Bank’s competitive benefits and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or approved equivalent.
• Basic math skills, 10-key and keyboarding.
• Proficient in standard Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
• Well-developed smart phone and digital channel skills.
• Must be organized and display excellent communication skills and a personable attitude.
