Base pay range

$38.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Vermillion State Bank is a community bank with six locations located in the southeastern Twin Cities metro area of MN.

Prerequisites:

1. 5+ years of banking compliance and regulatory experience; or bachelor’s degree in finance or related discipline with 1-3 years of related experience.
2. A thorough knowledge of applicable banking regulations.

Duties include:

1. Serve as an internal resource for compliance related questions.
2. Oversee staff compliance training and overall compliance program.
3. Serve as main point of contact for compliance examinations and audits.
4. Monitor and interpret changes in banking regulations, ensuring timely implementation of necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.
5. Conduct regular compliance audits to identify potential gaps and improve processes.
