Your Role...
As an Insurance Systems Compliance Analyst for MIS, a ReSource Pro company, you will assist the RPO team by performing tasks related to maintaining MIS' policy rating system and onboarding new clients. You will serve as the first point of contact for an assigned portfolio of small/low complexity accounts, providing first-line customer support and troubleshooting for client users.

All remote positions are based in the United States, and candidates must reside within the U.S. to be eligible for consideration.

After 3 Months You Will...

  • Research and understand changes in insurance regulatory policy operations for software application features, bureau changes, and customer development projects.
  • Collaborate with internal technical staff to identify design considerations for software features and changes.
  • Create written assessments and specifications; define programming changes needed for software features or client implementations in a clear, comprehensive manner for developers and project teams.
  • Create and execute test plans for the policy rating system.
  • Perform tasks related to release management; complete and document tasks associated with the software development lifecycle.
  • Assist with new client implementations.
  • Manage project plans and requirements, providing project management for small or low-complexity new client implementations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Collaborate with the Insurance Policy Operations and MIS teams on tasks and special projects as required.

What You Need to be Successful...

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years' experience in an office environment.
  • Robust project management experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Technologically savvy; quick learner of new software.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.

Your Compensation...

Our salary ranges are competitive and part of a total compensation package including bonuses, benefits, and growth opportunities. The hourly salary range for this role is $13.17 - $27.66, potentially adjusted based on geographic location.
