Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of related experience preferred.
• Ability to greet and serve customers professionally.
• Knowledge of bank products and services.
• Ability to meet or exceed referral and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Identify opportunities and refer customers to sales staff.
• Meet or exceed referrals and sales goals for business and consumer clients.
• Assist with daily banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and check cashing.
• Prepare daily settlement and balance cash drawer accurately.
• Coordinate tasks within department and with other departments.
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
