Position Overview: The Small Business Client Success Consultant is a skilled professional who is eager to learn, who is responsible for growing their expertise in payroll knowledge and systems, while providing support to customers. The Small Business Client Success Consultant will demonstrate proficiency in aspects of the payroll system, with expertise in the Payroll Module. This role requires problem-solving abilities, attending and assisting with client trainings/meetings, high attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to assist clients with complex requests.
