Bangor Savings Bank is seeking a Small Business Client Success Consultant to grow expertise in payroll systems and support customers in the Bangor Payroll division. You will develop proficiency in the Payroll Module, assist clients with complex requests, and participate in trainings and meetings with care and professionalism.

The Small Business Client Success Consultant is a skilled professional who is eager to learn, who is responsible for growing their expertise in payroll knowledge and systems, while providing support to customers. The Small Business Client Success Consultant will demonstrate proficiency in aspects of the payroll system, with expertise in the Payroll Module. This role requires problem-solving abilities, attending and assisting with client trainings/meetings, high attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to assist clients with complex requests. Committed to our You Matter More Promise, the Small Business Client Success Consultant will be dedicated to delivering the highest level of customer service and developing strong, long-lasting relationships.
Strong problem-solving skills, capable of handling more advanced requests with confidence. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with internal teams and external customers. Ability to work independently, manage time effective, and take initiative on high-level projects or tasks.
