Job summary

CSI Pharmacy, LLC is seeking a Specialty Account Manager for the Baltimore territory. The role focuses on establishing and maintaining relationships with referral sources in the Baltimore, MD area. The position offers a base salary of $85K–$95K+ with uncapped monthly commissions and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Provide high professionalism, responsiveness, and communication to build the maximum customer base.
• Ability to multi-task and frequently change direction.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, a reliable automobile, and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Senior Management to improve efficiency, product knowledge, and selling skills to meet goals.
• Formulates a business plan to achieve and exceed forecasted sales revenue.
• Actively prospect referrals from present and prospective customers.
• Educates referral sources on CSI services relating to customer needs and benefits.
• Develops territory plans to obtain optimal efficiency in servicing customer needs.
• Creates competitive strategies based on market trends.
• Maintains current files and submits reports in a timely manner.
• Attends conventions, trade shows and in-services relating to IV therapy.
