Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy equipment repair experience.
• Ability to diagnose and repair engines and major components.

• Ability to read and write English; document service notes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Repair, rebuild, or replace engines and major components.
• Diagnose and repair heavy equipment across job sites and shop.
• Convey repair details in clear service notes for work orders.
• Mentor less tenured mechanics in branch operations.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed during repairs.
• Contribute to customer quotes and deliver service excellence.
