Komatsu is seeking skilled Service Technicians for our eleven-area East network. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy equipment, diesel engines, and hydraulic systems across multiple sites. The role emphasizes safety, thorough inspection, and clear documentation of work performed.

Candidates should have hands-on experience, a Technical School diploma, and strong English communication. This onsite position offers competitive compensation and access to OEM-sponsored training.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

Position Qualifications

We currently have exciting opportunities for all levels of Service Technicians, from Mechanic Helpers to Senior Field and Service Technicians at any of our eleven locations! Successful candidates prior experience in the heavy equipment repair industry, including but not limited to:

• Diagnostic and repair experience with heavy equipment (construction, mining, material handling, paving, milling, etc.)
• Ability to participate in major repair, rebuild, or replace engines and other major components
• Knowledge of diesel engines and hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, electronic, etc. systems
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft products as well as industry software
• Ability to read and write the English language
• Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer support.
• Proactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training and meetings to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set.
• Ability to convey repair details in clear and accurate service notes for assigned work orders
• Operation of heavy equipment
• Other duties as assigned

1. Physical Requirements: The physically demanding work is performed in industrial environments and includes exposure to significant environmental conditions, including but not limited to: Sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, Working at heights, Carrying, grasping, reaching, stooping, bending, and crouching. Must be able to lift/carry 50 pounds. Hand/eye and motor coordination. Work overtime as needed.
