Job summary

Contract Land Staff, LLC seeks an experienced Project Manager local to Baltimore, MD for on-site Right of Way project leadership. You will oversee scope, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams, ensuring compliant, timely delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal departments, mentoring staff, and maintaining stakeholder communications. Must have 3–5+ years Right of Way experience and 5+ years in related fields; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have 3-5+ years of Right of Way experience.
• Must have 1-3+ years of managing Right of Way projects.
• Must be local to Baltimore, MD.
• Must be willing to travel as needed.
• Must be technologically proficient.
• Must have 5+ years of Electric Transmission experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project development and execution from beginning to end.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Assist in estimating the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Coordinate with CLS department managers for acquisition of required personnel.
• Set and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Coach, mentor, and supervise project staff and contractors.
