Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems across a portfolio of Baltimore retail locations. This hands-on role requires independence and travel between sites while supporting basic electrical, lighting, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance to keep facilities safe and efficient.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, EPA Universal Certification, and a valid driver’s license; strong communication and MS Office skills

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification required.
• 1–2 years of HVAC troubleshooting/repair experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel between client locations as part of a mobile role.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC equipment to restore system performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on HVAC, electrical, lighting and building systems.
• Respond to service requests and complete maintenance at multiple retail locations.
• Inspect lighting systems, including lamps, ballasts and fixtures.
• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general maintenance repairs.
• Review work orders, estimate labor and materials, and document completed work.
• Assist with installation, modification, and replacement of building equipment.
• Support energy management to operate systems efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Inspect facilities for safety compliance and communicate updates to clients.
• Maintain accurate service records and inventory of parts and materials.
