Job summary

CBRE seeks a Mobile HVAC Technician to service a portfolio of retail locations in the Baltimore area. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems while traveling between client sites and supporting basic electrical, lighting, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.

Ideal candidates hold a High School Diploma or GED, EPA Universal Certification, and 1–2 years of related experience; strong communication and MS Office skills are valued, with the ability to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of related experience; combination considered.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair experience.
• General knowledge of building systems including lighting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC equipment to restore performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Respond to service requests at multiple retail locations.
• Inspect and repair lighting systems (lamps, ballasts, drivers, fixtures).
• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs.
• Review work orders, estimate labor/materials, document work.
• Assist with installation/modification/replacement of equipment.
• Support energy management for efficiency.
• Ensure safety standards and client requirements are met.
• Communicate with clients, store personnel, vendors, CBRE team.
