Qualifications

• Active Maryland P&C and/or Life/Health license preferred.
• 3+ years in insurance sales, operations, or team management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship abilities.
• Proficiency with agency management software and CRM platforms.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, highly organized.
• Bilingual Spanish and English required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily agency operations and ensure team performance meets sales and service goals.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop insurance agents and support staff.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive agency growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with state insurance regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow book of business and expand market presence.
• Handle escalated client issues and resolve claims or coverage concerns professionally.
