Job summary

Dietz & Watson in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Human Resources Recruiter to manage all recruiting for the facility and partner with management on HR tasks. The role covers orientations, payroll paperwork, vendor coordination, and temporary staffing coordination, with a focus on high-volume recruiting and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 2+ years of recruiting experience, and familiarity with Kronos/UKG and HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
• Kronos/UKG experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all of the company’s recruiting needs in Baltimore and be the main contact for all Baltimore supervisors.
• Lead and coordinate all recruiting efforts that come to the Human Resources Department.
• Conduct new employee orientations including new hire paperwork, safety training, and benefits enrollment.
• Submit documents into Payroll in a timely manner.
• Serve as the main contact for temporary agencies and recruitment vendors.
• Assist in coordinating temporary employees for the Baltimore facility and manage paperwork.
