Job summary

Comcast Xfinity seeks a District Manager to lead Store Managers across Baltimore-area stores. You will coach leaders, drive sales performance, and uphold high operating standards while developing future leaders.

This role requires hands-on leadership in stores, regular visits, and the ability to resolve escalations to improve district results. You must reside in Baltimore, MD or relocate and travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a commissioned sales environment.
• Experience leading managers or multiple locations preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience coaching teams to hit sales goals.
• Ability to travel regularly between stores.
• We are not looking for someone to manage spreadsheets.
• We are looking for someone to build teams and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Store Managers across multiple retail locations
• Drive sales performance and accountability across your district
• Coach managers on leadership, sales performance, and team development
• Visit stores regularly to work with teams and reinforce strong sales habits
• Help hire and develop future leaders within the company
• Support managers with difficult situations including customer escalations and employee issues
• Work with leadership to improve store performance and solve operational challenges
• Recognize top performers and push teams to reach higher levels
