Job summary

Comcast Xfinity seeks a District Manager to lead Store Managers across Baltimore-area stores. You will coach leaders, drive sales performance, and uphold high operating standards while developing future leaders.

This role requires hands-on leadership in stores, regular visits, and the ability to resolve escalations to improve district results. You must reside in Baltimore, MD or relocate and travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a commissioned sales environment.
• Experience leading managers or multiple locations preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience coaching teams to hit sales goals.

This role is for someone who knows how to win in sales and build winning teams.

You will oversee Store Managers, help develop their teams, and make sure every store in your district is performing at a high level.
