Comcast Xfinity is seeking a District Manager in Fort Myers, FL to lead Store Managers across multiple retail locations, drive sales, and coach leaders to develop high-performing teams. This role requires hands-on leadership, store visits, and accountability for district results.

You will hire and develop future leaders, address escalations, and work with executives to improve performance and solve operational challenges. Travel between stores is expected.

Formación

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a commissioned sales environment.
• Experience leading managers or multiple locations preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience coaching teams to hit sales goals.
• Ability to travel regularly between stores.

You will oversee Store Managers, help develop their teams, and make sure every store in your district is performing at a high level.
